Erbalunga
A peaceful village between mountain and sea
Erbalunga is a small fishing village on the east coast of Cap Corse, about 10 kilometers north of Bastia, this village is the medieval marina of Brando and stretches on a thin land area that ends with a Genoese tower in ruins. Classified Historical Monument since 1995.
This Paesolu (small village) attracted many island painters in the 1930s, giving it the moniker of 'painters' nest', the alliance between the historic center and the preserved port makes it a very popular and interesting destination, with a peculiar atmosphere. Take the time to discover its cobbled streets and its vaulted passages that will take you to the port square, in the shade of palm trees.
You will find a large parking next to the main road in the center of Erbalunga, the best place to start your visit.
